Get your Texas luxury home featured on the Big & Bright YouTube channel. Features start at $1,500. Here's what we've done and what to expect.

Can I be there while you film?

We ask that nobody is in the home while we shoot. It keeps rooms clear and lets us move fast. If you want to do an on camera segment, we'll set a time for that, then we'll film the rest with the home empty.

How long is the video?

Most tours run 10 to 20 minutes depending on the home. Big estates and ranches can run longer.

What if the home sells before it posts?

We still post. A sold home is still a great tour, and it still shows off your work. On our site, sold homes switch to a privacy status that hides the address.

Do I get to approve the video first?

No. Watch a few of our recent tours and decide if we're a fit before we film. That's the preview.

What does it cost?

Features start at $1,500. We send a firm quote after reviewing the home, and there are no hidden add-ons.

Who gets the leads?

Buyer inquiries go to our buyer agent network, or to you if you'd prefer. You can also apply to join the network and get referrals from other videos.

Which areas do you cover?

DFW, Austin, San Antonio, Houston, and the country in and between them. If it's a special home a little further out, ask.
